Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to drive profitable growth across our focus markets in the built environment.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans to achieve successful client engagement and profitable growth.
About the Role
- We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve successful client engagement and profitable growth.
- Lead major bids and manage the client care programme on regionally important projects.
- Drive strategic business development from existing knowledge and contacts for the North East & Yorkshire market.
- Chair regular BD meetings and Regional Boards.
- Manage the Regional Key Client programme, Frameworks and sector approach.
About You
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong track record of delivering business growth and developing high-performing teams.
You will have a deep understanding of the built environment and a proven ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering business growth and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
