Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our team at RCM Recruitment Ltd. This role is responsible for sourcing and onboarding suitable retail partners, managing their performance to drive higher sales results, and optimizing product mix to improve profitability.

Main Responsibilities:
