We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Performance Manager to join our team in the South Region. As a Sales Performance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline and achieving targets independently in the region. This role is ideal for a 'hunter' who thrives on identifying and closing new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets in the region.
  • Actively seek out and engage with new business opportunities through networking, research, lead generation, F2F visits, and outbound calls.
  • Proactively manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally as an individual contributor in a hunter-style position.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of regional markets, customer behavior, and sales trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including 20 days of paid leave, a canteen, company events, discounted or free food, free parking, paid volunteer time, and sick pay.
