Harrington Recruitment seeks a Technical Account Manager for Northern Territories to lead our sales efforts in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and sustaining profitable sales within the designated territory, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and actively pursuing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage the sales cycle, and maintain open communication with stakeholders.
  2. Field Visits: Conduct on-site sales visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions, which may involve overnight stays.
  3. CRM Management: Ensure accurate records in the CRM system, adhere to established processes, and utilize the system to enhance sales development.
  4. Support Marketing Initiatives: Participate in the creation of sales and training videos, webinars, and report on competitor activities and market conditions.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, and a valid UK driving license. A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is required, along with familiarity with the Pharmaceutical, CRO, Biotech, BioPharma, Research, and Chemical sectors.

This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum and the chance to work with a leading recruitment agency like Harrington Recruitment.
