Account Manager

The Executive Network Group is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in the North East region. As a key member of our water treatment division, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships in the water hygiene and treatment sector.
About the Role:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice on water hygiene and treatment solutions to clients across various industries.
- Develop tailored water treatment and hygiene plans based on customer needs and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the delivery of on-site services, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and to the highest standard.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within your accounts and territory.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits to monitor water systems and provide solutions.
- Ensure that all accounts comply with relevant legislation, industry standards, and best practices.
- Work closely with the technical and operations teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
- Prepare proposals, reports, and quotations for clients in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in water hygiene, water treatment, or a related technical field is essential.
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales, ideally within the water treatment sector.
- Strong technical understanding of water systems and water hygiene protocols.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Full UK driving license.
Estimated Salary:£65,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
