Job Title: Account Manager - Water Hygiene and Treatment Specialist

The Executive Network Group is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in the North East region. As a key member of our water treatment division, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships in the water hygiene and treatment sector.

About the Role:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert advice on water hygiene and treatment solutions to clients across various industries.
  • Develop tailored water treatment and hygiene plans based on customer needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the delivery of on-site services, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and to the highest standard.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within your accounts and territory.
  • Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits to monitor water systems and provide solutions.
  • Ensure that all accounts comply with relevant legislation, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Work closely with the technical and operations teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, reports, and quotations for clients in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in water hygiene, water treatment, or a related technical field is essential.
  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales, ideally within the water treatment sector.
  • Strong technical understanding of water systems and water hygiene protocols.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Full UK driving license.

Estimated Salary:£65,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
