Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Olympus UK & Ireland. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our Urology product portfolio and establishing direct sales on your territory.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales opportunities within your territory to successful completion using the Integrated Sales Process.
  • Accurately and regularly forecast sales opportunities.
  • Represent the organisation professionally at face-to-face and virtual exhibitions, workshops, and educational meetings.
  • Deliver post-sales training, commissioning, and support for new and existing customers across the product portfolio.
  • Develop and deliver customer sales presentations in conjunction with customer requirements and communicate Olympus solutions and value propositions.
  • Use the Integrated Sales Process and relevant selling techniques to progress opportunities.
  • Develop a robust understanding of the product portfolio within the business unit.
