Role ProfileAs a Territory Skills Trainer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our staff members. You will work closely with managers and staff to identify learning needs and develop solutions that meet the needs of our service users.

Key Responsibilities• Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our staff members and promote quality care• Collaborate with managers and staff to identify learning needs and develop solutions• Conduct regular evaluations of training programs to ensure they are effective and meeting their objectives• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and standards to ensure our training programs are relevant and effective• Work with internal stakeholders to align training initiatives with business objectivesRequirements• A degree in Education, Training, or a related field• Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a healthcare setting• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong organizational and time management skills• Commitment to quality care and a patient-centered approachSalary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of £32,841 plus £4,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for career advancement and professional development, a supportive and inclusive work environment, and a range of employee benefits, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
