We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Care Trainer to join our team in Newcastle, Northeast. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering training to employees and managers across various locations. The ideal candidate will have a background in classroom training of internal social care modules and experience in providing training on technology systems such as EMars and Nourish.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To develop and deliver training programs that enhance employee competence.
  2. To contribute to the delivery and evaluation of group-wide projects, notably induction, mandatory, and system-specific training.
  3. To plan and deliver training events, including induction and CPD.
  4. To support the Training department in delivering internal training in line with company needs.
  5. To ensure that the training department has the required information about attendance at induction, mandatory, and specific system training.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in providing classroom training sessions within health and social care.
  2. Hold a relevant training qualification or recognised teaching qualification.
  3. Full UK driving license and access to a car for travel when needed.
  4. Good understanding of CQC / CIW requirements.

Compensation: £36,750 per annum, plus £4,000 car allowance and mileage. Benefits: 33 days holiday, reward and referral schemes.
