Global Brands Limited Business Development Executive

We are a leading independent drinks brand development business owning, marketing and distributing products across RTD/RTS, spirits, soft drinks and beer categories.
Our success involves spotting market trends, understanding customer goals and needs, and having expert buying, marketing and sales teams.
As a Business Development Manager, you'll drive distribution and deliver brand activation across your assigned territory, increasing market share and brand visibility for our brands.
You'll identify and cultivate new business opportunities, manage a small account base, and execute sales strategies in bars, restaurants, hotels, and other on-premise venues.
Key responsibilities:
- Implement the sales strategy for the on-trade channel, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
- Achieve or exceed targets for the assigned territory, regularly reporting on performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
The person:
- Strong negotiation, organisation and influencing skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
