Job Summary:

We are seeking a Key Holder to join our team at Levi's in Bristol, UK. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through teamwork and living our brand values.
  • Support Store Management with daily tasks and store duties.
  • Motivate and support the sales team to achieve exceptional customer service and hit personal targets.
  • Offer guidance and direction to the sales team to assist with their development and ensure KPIs are being met.
  • Ensure strong visual standards across the store.
  • Assist with deliveries and organization of the stock room.
  • Be responsible for opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent.

About the Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who shares our values, is passionate about the brand, and has experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail. Strong customer service skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage a team on the shop floor are essential.
