HR Support Specialist

The HR Administrator will provide administrative and coordinating support within the HR Team to ensure the smooth delivery of a pro-active administrative and operational HR service to all UK offices.
This role is responsible for the onboarding process, including sending out offers of employment, collating pre-employment data, and ensuring timely communication to line managers and other stakeholders.

- Payroll: Responsible for the collation of monthly changes in the payroll, including starters and leavers.
- Data Integrity and Systems: Responsible for ensuring full and accurate completion of all employee data, changes, and regular reconciliation of data integrity.
- Training: Responsible for the booking of training, creating training agreements, reporting of training attendance, and liaising with external providers/internal stakeholders.
- Ad hoc support, projects, and queries: Ensuring the HR team have full administrative support across a range of activities.
- 25 days annual leave per year, rising to 30 days after two years' service.
