**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support the payroll and HR manager with payroll processing and administration
* Process starters, leavers, and mat/pat leave
* Ensure compliance with statutory payroll requirements
* Provide excellent customer service, answering pay-related queries
* Communicate effectively with people at all levels
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience in payroll and/or HR
* Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
