Payroll Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Advisor to join our team at Hargreaves Lansdown Asset Management Limited. As a Payroll Advisor, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of our monthly UK payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will work closely with the Payroll Manager to review and manage payroll-related taxes, as well as assist with the calculation of payroll adjustments for colleagues. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop their career in Payroll and work in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately and timely deliver HL's monthly UK payroll
Support the review of UK and Polish monthly payrolls
Assist with HL's PAYE Settlement Agreement and taxable benefits
Ensure accurate accounting of payroll-related costs in the Group accounts
Support the calculation of payroll adjustments for colleagues
About You
We are looking for a Payroll Advisor with a background in payroll/accounts and proficiency in MS Excel. You should have experience working with payroll software and possess strong organisational skills, with good attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to analyse and solve problems. A professional payroll qualification is desirable, but not essential. If you are a hardworking individual who is keen to learn, reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality, we would love to hear from you.
