The ideal candidate will have experience in FM or Engineering recruitment from a agency or in house background, and experience of working within a large, multisite business. They will also have experience of public sector recruitment principles, and experience in coaching, mentoring, and influencing upwards (informal development of managers). A Diploma or Advanced Apprenticeship (level 3 qualification) in HR or Recruitment / CIPD is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and select high-quality candidates for FM and Engineering roles
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to managers to develop their recruitment skills
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in public sector recruitment principles and best practices
