About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Support Specialist to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing new starters, tracking recruitment requests, and drafting HR-related letters.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including right to work checks, reference requests, and contract administration.
- Organise and track recruitment requests, ensuring timely completion and quality assurance.
- Draft and finalise HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and change of salary notifications.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide valuable insights to inform future HR strategies.
- Coordinate and process probationary and annual reviews, ensuring employee development and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to use HR software systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- CIPD level 3 active membership and qualification in HR.
