**Job Role:** HR Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Transformation Specialist to join our team at Maximum ManagementFrazer Jones USA in Bristol, UK.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading Professional Services firm and contribute to the development of a high-performing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering integrated operational and strategic HR support to our Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a people strategy that is commercial, focused on retention and engagement and quality.
  • Supporting the talent management and acquisition strategy, including the delivery of the firm's performance review cycle.
  • Liaising and coaching people managers to investigate and effectively manage conduct issues, capability, absence management and addressing grievance issues early.
  • Providing support and facilitation to develop effective leadership & capability across all levels through coaching and challenging leaders.
  • Leading on strategic and operational HR projects as required.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have the skills and expertise we are looking for, please submit your application.
