Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Financial Strategist to join our team at Highland Home Carers. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial performance and strategic direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's growth and expansion.
  2. Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
  3. Oversee the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial reporting.
  4. Lead the finance team in providing high-quality financial information and analysis to support business decisions.
  5. Collaborate with other senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant with significant experience in financial leadership and strategy.
  • Proven track record of driving financial performance and growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
