About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Manager to join our Highland services team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for contributing to the strategic development and management of our existing services, ensuring they meet and exceed regulatory requirements.

As a dynamic leader, you will provide guidance and support to our Senior Support Worker team, focusing on delivering measurable quality outcomes for both staff teams and individuals supported. You will also play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic planning with our Area Manager, aligning with the organization's programme of continuous improvement.

The successful applicant will have relevant experience in managing Complex Learning Disabilities, Autism, Physical Disabilities, and Mental Health services. A minimum of 2 years' management experience in a relevant field is essential, along with an SVQ Level 3 qualification in Care or equivalent. An SVQ Level 4 in Care/Management is desirable, as well as a Professional Development Award in Positive Behavioural Support.

Benefits include an excellent salary of approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as continued professional development, pension scheme, and generous annual leave entitlement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial matters related to service operations

Requirements:
