Care Worker Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Worker to join our team and report to the Service Manager. This key role involves supervising and supporting your team while ensuring high-quality care for service users.
About the RoleThis position requires you to have a Christian faith and be able to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos. You will be responsible for staff supervision, recruitment, and identifying training needs, and will assist with health and safety, and staff meetings.
Responsibilities- Manage daily operations, including staff planning, medication processes, and contributing to care plans and quality improvement.
- Provide management cover when needed and maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks.
You must hold a relevant SVQ level 3, have basic computer skills, and possess a Christian faith. Membership in the SSSC registration is required.
