**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation and review of financial statements for a range of business clients.
- Management of client relationships and effective communication to address their business needs.
- Overseeing and mentoring junior members, ensuring quality work and compliance with firm standards.
- Liaising with other departments for cross-service opportunities.
- Ensuring timely and accurate reporting as per regulatory standards.
- Staying updated with the latest in accountancy regulations and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- ACCA or ACA (or equivalent) qualified or nearing completion.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving client needs and industry trends.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
