This is a newly created role for an experienced Senior Software Business Analyst to join a Global Software Company who are truly making a difference by delivering next generation, environmental impact and sustainability management products to their global client base.

Due to the extensive global demand for their product, they now require to continue the expansion of their global services team with the addition of a talented Lead Analyst.


The person in this role will be asked to:-


Manage coach and mentor a small team of talented Business Analysts

Own the overall design of assigned projects

Recommend best practices for solutions based on client business needs.

Design and mapping of business requirements and solutions

Work with internal and external cross-disciplinary teams to capture and document requirements.

Review and participate in customer the design stage to ensure the requirements are captured effectively.

Document and translate the client requirements for input into requirements capturing tools.

Provide product analysis, design functionality & feature support to cross-discipline teams

Own, manage and monitor project backlog and iteration planning and reporting process.

Hold daily stand-ups to review progress against project schedule, allocate or reallocate work within the project team

Ensure personal and assigned team deadlines are met.

Escalate to project manager any slippage on project deadlines for self and team.


And should have experience of:

The implementation and configuration of enterprise systems.

Working in Agile software implementation projects.

Cloud/on-prem software solutions, configuration, functional and non-functional testing, deployment,.
