Role Overview
Omega Resource Group is a leading employment business specialising in opportunities at all levels within the Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics, Defence, Scientific, Energy & Renewables and Tech sectors. We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for identifying and winning new clients in the Engineering and Manufacturing recruitment space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To establish new partnerships and help redefine recruitment strategies.
  • To work with the Business Director to craft tailored solutions to meet clients' unique needs.
  • To keep us at the forefront of innovation by using your networks and communities to stay up-to-date on everything recruitment, Engineering and Manufacturing.

Requirements:
  • A proven track record in business development in a 360 recruitment role within Engineering, Manufacturing or Technology sectors.
  • You might currently be an experienced 360 recruitment consultant looking to focus purely on winning new business.
  • To be able to travel to our office when required.
