Job Description:

We seek a skilled Children's Community Nurse - Birmingham to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the Community Children's Nursing (CCN) team, you will provide comprehensive care to children with life-limiting conditions and those in the terminal phase of their lives, along with their families.

Your duties will include:
  1. Providing holistic nursing services that meet the individual needs of each child and family
  2. Collaborating closely with the CCN team to ensure seamless care delivery
  3. Working autonomously and making informed decisions based on BCHC Policy, procedures, and guidelines

Essential Requirements:

- Relevant nursing qualification or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of delivering excellent patient care, with strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

What We Offer:

- Salary range: £38,890 - £44,503 per annum, depending on experience
- Flexible working arrangements, including weekly pay
- Access to the NHS Pension Scheme
