Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Account Manager to join our Commercial team at Kriya Finance Limited.

About the Role

This critical role will manage relationships with key enterprise merchant accounts, driving performance, growth, and satisfaction while helping us achieve commercial objectives. You will be responsible for planning and leading quarterly business reviews with our enterprise merchant partners, presenting performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth, and discussing strategic plans to deepen collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quarterly Meetings with Key Accounts: Plan and lead quarterly business reviews with our enterprise merchant partners, presenting performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth, and discussing strategic plans to deepen collaboration.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyse and track the performance of merchant accounts, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Ensure that targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, taking proactive measures to address any issues.
  • Account Renewal Management: Oversee the renewal process for key accounts, negotiating terms and ensuring continued satisfaction. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key merchant stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue and ensure a high level of partner engagement.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in account management, client success, or a similar role, preferably within financial services, fintech, or B2B payments.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to drive performance improvements.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritizing work and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Crm Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) and familiarity with data analysis platforms.

  • Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
