We are looking for a skilled Commercial Growth Specialist to join our Adyen team in London. As an experienced account manager with 2-4 years of experience in client-facing roles, you will work with a wide portfolio of accounts and help us grow our business. Your focus will be on developing strong relationships with merchants, driving commercial growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Job
  • You will work closely with your team to drive commercial growth and develop strategic merchant relationships.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in client-facing commercial roles and strong time management skills. We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive commercial growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants and internal teams.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines to achieve business objectives.
