About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Growth Specialist to join our expanding commercial team in Ireland and London, UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a robust territory plan to drive sales pipeline growth.
  2. Qualify leads, pitch, demo, and present Skillko's value to advance the sales process.
  3. Strategize on new business opportunities and expand the footprint within existing accounts.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in commercial settings.
  2. 5+ years in SaaS or cloud-based software sales.
  3. Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach to sales and service.
  4. Familiarity with CRM tools and processes, ideally with experience in HubSpot.
  5. Strong technical aptitude and quick learning ability for new software tools.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
