**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Administrator Assistant to join our team at Combined Facilities Management Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with experience in finance and data input.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log supplier/sub-contractor invoices onto the computerised finance system with accuracy.
  • Reconcile supplier/sub-contractor statements to ensure all costs are allocated correctly.
  • Making payments to suppliers/sub-contractors in line with scheduled payment dates.
  • Assist colleague Accounts Administrators and deal with customer/supplier queries.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience working in a finance department in a similar role.
  • Data input experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and organisational skills.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
