Our client based in Mid Ulster operates a hugely successful Food Production business who specialise in the processing and preparation of potatoes, vegetables and fruit; operating from a modern processing plant, located on their Family Farm. The company are looking for an ambitious **Senior Accounts Administrator **to join their existing team. The core responsibilities of the role will focus around the overall running of the busy office and providing assistance to the Company Accountant.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Lead and manage the office and staff associated with the office to ensure smooth and effective operations
- Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
- Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure
- Manage office budget
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
- Support the production manager in producing productions schedules, delivery notifications and delivery schedules
- Assist in resolving problems and complaints raised by unsatisfied customers
- Maintain and update customer information, including billing details, products, orders etc
- Coordinate and organise department activities and functions like meetings; schedule, obtain use of rooms, and set up the rooms and equipment to be used.
- Work closely with the MD and Accountant to meet the operational and financial objectives of the business.
- Work to develop, implement and maintain a financial function to support the business
- Be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to fiscal responsibility and advise MD of any procedure or policy changes required
- Have the ability to generate or produce financial reports and help analyse financial reports to support Managing Director:

- Monthly reconciliation of all bank accounts
- Reconciliation of credit card statement
- Maintenance of online banking facility
- Production of weekly/monthly payments runs via BACs
- Liaise with customers or banks regarding transaction details when necessary
- Reconciliation of petty cash

**Essential Criteria**:

- HNC or equivalent in Business and Finance or similar discipline
- 3 years working in a busy office with at least 1 year overseeing a team
- Must be proficient in computer packages including, excel, word, outlook etc
- Accounts qualification desirable
- Sound knowledge of finance, financial procedures, and fiscal responsibilities
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Good written and mathematical skills
- The ability to pay attention to detail
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
