About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Administrator Assistant to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a Financial Administrator Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the company's finance function. Your responsibilities will include managing the sales ledger, processing payments, and providing administrative support to the accounts team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a finance department. You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage 200 Accounts is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the sales ledger, including updating customer records and processing payments.
  2. Process invoices, cheques, and bank transfers, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  3. Provide administrative support to the accounts team, including data entry and record-keeping.
  4. Assist with reconciliations and provide financial analysis and reporting as required.
