About the Role

We are looking for a talented Accounts Assistant to join our team at Black Fox Solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations and general office administration, working closely with the management team to drive business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit year-end accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the company payroll, ensuring timely payment and adherence to employment laws.
  • Process invoices, maintain records, and ensure compliance with VAT and Tax regulations.
  • Maintain detailed reports on all financial operations, providing insights for informed business decisions.
  • Perform general bookkeeping and administrative duties, supporting the smooth operation of the office.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a similar position, with a strong understanding of accountancy principles.
  • Familiarity with accountancy software, ensuring efficient financial management.
  • Excellent organisational and management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
