Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Black Fox Solutions in Magherafelt.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Accounts Administrator to take on new challenges and responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various financial tasks, including sales and purchase ledger, processing CIS returns and payments, dealing with customers and suppliers, bank reconciliation, processing invoices, and credit control.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years' experience of working in a finance department in a similar role, with strong data input skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Sage 200 Accounts is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales and purchase ledger ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Process CIS returns and payments efficiently
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Credit control and follow up on outstanding payments
Requirements
  • 2 years' experience in a finance department in a similar role
  • Data input experience and strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Desirable Qualifications
  • Part or qualified Accounting Technician (IATI) or equivalent experience
  • Sage 200 Accounts experience, preferred but not essential
