We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Administrator to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth management of our commercial activities.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing administrative tasks in high-pressure environments and a strong understanding of commercial and financial procedures and processes. You will be responsible for monitoring invoicing schedules, tracking cash flow performance, and delivering detailed reports to stakeholders.

Additionally, you will be expected to audit subcontractor invoices, approve payments, and resolve any disputes efficiently. You will also ensure contracts adhere to compliance standards and maintain quality benchmarks, as well as request quotes from suppliers and prepare detailed cost estimates for projects.

Oversight of statutory approvals, certifications, and compliance requirements for contracts is also a critical aspect of this role. You will track contract progress and correspondence, ensuring all deadlines are adhered to, and maintain task logs for team members to ensure timely completion of assigned duties.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review team performance against KPIs and provide regular updates on progress. Participation in relevant training programs and attendance at meetings to enhance performance are also essential.

To be successful in this position, you will need advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other essential IT tools, as well as skilled time management and task prioritization to meet strict deadlines.
