Job Title: Accounts Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Combined Facilities Management Ltd as an Accounts Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a finance department, preferably in a similar role. Key responsibilities include processing invoices, managing cash flow, maintaining accurate records and dealing with customer queries.

The successful applicant will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, be able to work accurately under pressure and have strong attention to detail. In return, we offer a supportive working environment and opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:
- Log supplier/sub-contractor invoices onto computerised finance system
- Check accuracy of price/quantity calculations and dispute incorrect invoices
- Make payments to suppliers/sub-contractors in line with scheduled payment dates
- Maintain complete and accurate records
- Assist colleague Accounts Administrators and deal with customer/supplier queries

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 years experience of working in a finance department in a similar role
- Data input experience
- IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office
- Part / Qualified Accounting Technician (IATI) or qualified by experience

Salary: £28,000 per annum
