Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team in Draperstown. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HQ team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure goods and services from various suppliers
- Negotiate prices and ensure timely updates of cost price lists
- Process sales invoices and customer receipts on accounting systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of telephone etiquette
Requirements:
- Good educational attainment, including GCSE/equivalent Mathematics & English
- At least 2 years' experience in an office environment
- Excellent customer service and team mindset skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Excel
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
