We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contracts & Office Administrator to join our team at MYM Recruitment.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity will see you responsible for managing enquiries, administering health & safety information, and overseeing surveyor calendars.
Responsibilities- Answering phones and engaging with customer enquiries.
- Managing phone calls and email responses.
- Recording information on databases and spreadsheets.
As a key member of our team, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum.
Skills and Qualifications- Administrative experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
