Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at MYM Recruitment's client, a leading land, property, construction and manufacturing specialist in Northern Ireland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of our business, including:

  • Procurement: Contacting suppliers to obtain prices for goods, negotiating competitive prices, and ordering goods.
  • Sales: Pricing sales dockets for creating sales invoices, processing sales invoices on the accounting system, and processing customer receipts.
  • Telephone duties: Maintaining a high level of service for customers and responding to enquiries using appropriate methods.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and team mindset skills, as well as experience working in an office environment. A strong educational background, including GCSE/equivalent Mathematics and English, is essential. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Excel, is required.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
