Job Description: Black Fox Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the sales and purchase ledgers, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and up-to-date
  • Preparing and submitting CIS returns and payments, adhering to relevant tax laws and regulations
  • Maintaining open communication with customers and suppliers, resolving any issues promptly
  • Reconciling bank statements, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions
  • Processing invoices, tracking payments, and implementing effective credit control measures
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required to support the finance team

To excel in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a finance department, preferably in a similar capacity
  • Strong data entry skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and basic accounting knowledge

The successful candidate will be offered a salary of £28,000 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding its staff fairly and reasonably.
