We are looking for a highly skilled Contracts and Operations Assistant to join our team at MYM Recruitment. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including answering phones, engaging with customer enquiries, and recording information on a database.
  • Managing enquiries, directing them to the appropriate Surveyor and following up.
  • Administration and record keeping of health & safety information, including booking training courses and overseeing surveyor calendars.
  • Assisting with preparing evidential information for NVQs and organizing recruitment for site operatives and junior surveyors.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of administration procedures, excellent communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure. The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £31,000 per annum.
