Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Contracts Manager to join our client's busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Contract Manager in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual who is passionate about contract administration and customer service. As an Assistant Contracts Manager, you will work closely with the Contract Manager to ensure that all contracts are managed effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients
  • Deal with queries and resolve issues raised by clients
  • Prepare management reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met
  • Supervise administrative staff and conduct training sessions to develop processes and procedures

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in an administrative role on social housing contracts, with a strong background in contract administration and customer service. You will also have excellent IT skills and the ability to work independently as part of a team.
