About the Role: We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts & Office Administrator to become an integral part of our client's team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties:
  1. Answering phones and engaging with customer enquiries.
  2. Managing enquiries and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate Surveyor.
  3. Administration and record keeping of health & safety information.
  4. Booking health & safety training courses and ordering supplies.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating opportunities lists for General Operational Meetings.
  • Liaising with construction solicitors and IT suppliers.
  • Managing social media platforms and creating regular posts.

Requirements:
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary: Estimated £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
