Job Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Assistant Contract Manager to join our busy team at MYM Recruitment. As an Assistant Contract Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Contract Manager in managing heating planned service works and response maintenance functions. You will report directly to the Contract Manager and work closely with the field-based Maintenance Manager.

The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service by handling calls from tenants, ensuring their needs are met first time where possible. They will deal with queries from the client and find resolutions to issues raised. Additionally, they will be responsible for first-stage complaint handling, escalating to the Contract Manager if necessary.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service in handling tenant calls and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Deal with client queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support the Contract Manager in managing heating planned service works and response maintenance functions.
  • Report directly to the Contract Manager and work closely with the field-based Maintenance Manager.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in an administrative role on Social Housing contracts.
  • Experience supervising staff.
  • A high level of IT literacy.

Estimated Salary:
£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
