Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Account Administrator to join our expanding team in Magherafelt, Northern Ireland. As an Account Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the sales and purchase ledgers, reconciling statements, and addressing customer and supplier queries. Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Verifying pricing and quantity accuracy, disputing discrepancies, and requesting credit notes.
  3. Allocating costs correctly to nominal accounts, projects, or departments.
  4. Reconciling supplier and subcontractor statements.
  5. Processing payments according to scheduled dates.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have a good understanding of financial systems and procedures, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy. The estimated salary range for this position is £28,000 - £40,000 per annum.
