Administrative Finance Assistant

We are looking for a skilled Account Administrator to join our client's team in Magherafelt. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing sales and purchase ledgers, reconciling statements, recovering debts, and addressing queries.
- You will record supplier and subcontractor invoices, verify pricing and quantity accuracy, and ensure correct cost allocation.
- Your tasks will include reconciling statements, processing payments, and supporting fellow Accounts Administrators as needed.
- You will handle phone calls and general inquiries, providing excellent customer service while adhering to company policies.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a finance department, with strong data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Sage 200 Accounts software is desirable.
Salary Range: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum
