About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contact Centre Advisor to join our team at NEC Software Solutions. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve service delivery targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact centre environment.
