About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Contact Centre Advisor. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring timely and accurate communication of diabetic eye screening services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Work collaboratively with the delivery team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Utilize database validation and cleansing skills to maintain accurate records
  • Take and make high-volume calls on a target-based model
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role
Requirements
  • GCSE English to grade C (or equivalent)
  • Broad Telephony / Communications Background
  • VOIP Experience
  • Microsoft Client/Server / Database experience
