About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Support Officer to join our Reablement Contact Centre team at Worcestershire County Council. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, their families, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering telephone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Working collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to support service improvement

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Flexibility to work a 7.5 hour day, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
