About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Contact Centre Advisor. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective communication to patients and healthcare professionals via phone and other channels.
  • Manage and resolve customer queries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the delivery team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Basic IT skills and experience with database management.
  • GCSE English to grade C (or equivalent).
