Sales Development Representative

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Development Representative to join Gem Partnership Ltd and contribute to the company's growth and success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and booking meetings for the sales team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunting and developing new leads
- Building relationships with key decision-makers
- Booking meetings for the sales team
- Effective use of the phone, email, and social selling
- Excellent time-management skills
- Be a great listener and communicator
- Maintain and manage their CRM system
- Learn and maintain knowledge of products
- Develop full knowledge and understanding of the marketplace for our products
- Respond to inbound leads and qualify their interest
- Work closely with the Sales team to prospect into new markets
- Conduct research into new markets to understand prospective customer needs
