You will be responsible for coordinating clinical services across multiple sites, leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and support.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating clinical services to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Leading a team of healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes
- Developing and implementing care plans to meet the needs of our residents
- Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
Salary: £22.50 per hour
Location: Covering Warrington, Chester, Tarporley & Lymm
