About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Healthcare Professional to join our team at Barchester Healthcare.
Job Summary:
As a Mobile Healthcare Professional, you will travel across your region to deliver high clinical standards, lead a multi-disciplinary team, and tailor care plans to residents' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
You will ensure new residents settle in, help advance team members' skills, and develop care plans for physical and mental needs. To excel in this role, you should have strong clinical knowledge and understanding of key regulatory frameworks.
Requirements:
To be successful, you must be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration, teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. You will also benefit from free training and development opportunities, wellbeing and support tools, retail discounts, and savings.
National Minimum Salary: £39,406 - £53,562
